Burning Ash Protocol ("BAP"), operated by TripleVision LLC, is a digital notification and file delivery service. BAP is a purely digital product — there are no physical goods, shipments, or returns associated with the Service.
This policy outlines refund eligibility, procedures, and limitations for BAP subscription services.
⚠️ Digital Service — No Physical Returns
BAP is a digital-only service. There are no physical products to return, exchange, or ship back. All references to "refunds" in this policy refer exclusively to subscription fee refunds for paid plans.

Refund Eligibility
Free Tier
The Free tier is provided at no cost. No refund applies as no payment is collected.
Pro Plan — 14-Day Refund Window
Pro plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The request must be made via email to [email protected]
- The refund applies only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at purchase
Renewal Periods
Refunds for renewal charges (subsequent billing cycles after the initial purchase) are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Contact support if you believe a renewal charge was made in error.
How to Request a Refund

- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Non-Refundable Scenarios
The following scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:

| Failure to use the service | Not using features you subscribed to does not constitute grounds for a refund |
| Encryption key or SSS share loss | Data loss due to lost credentials is by design and not a service defect |
| Third-party service disruptions | Outages caused by AWS, Stripe, Twilio, Meta, Telegram, or other providers |
| Feature changes | Modifications to features or functionality of the Service |
| Subscription downgrades | Switching from Pro to Free does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period |
Cancellation
How to Cancel
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by:
- Navigating to your dashboard settings and selecting "Cancel Subscription"
- Emailing [email protected]
Effect of Cancellation
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier
- No further charges will be made
- No refund is issued for the remaining time in the current billing period (unless within the 14-day refund window)
Payment Processing
Stripe
All payments are processed through Stripe. BAP does not store your full credit card details. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
Currency
All prices are listed and charged in USD. Currency conversion fees, if any, are determined by your bank or card issuer and are not controlled by BAP.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until the payment issue is resolved. We will attempt to notify you via email before suspension.
Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting BAP support may result in:
- Immediate account suspension pending investigation
- Permanent account termination if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified
- Loss of all data associated with your account

Modifications
We may modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
